OUR CUSTOM PLANS INCLUDE …
Our custom plans are uniquely designed to suit each customer’s requirements. Included are at least two preliminary plans for review, and a final plan intended for permitting. In order to provide a complete plan, extensive communication with each customer is essential. We provide comprehensive reviews at each plan stage. In many cases we provide follow-up service to assist our customers with permitting approval. We supply any items needed for permitting that we consider to be our responsibility, and we provide a written agreement that specifies exactly what we include.

Each plan includes a fully dimensioned floor plan, foundation plan, and electrical plan.
Front, side and rear exterior views are also included. Also included is a structural detail page.
