CUSTOM BUILDING PLAN PRICING FOR FLORIDA
Even though we design plans for various parts of the country, we are a Florida based company, and the bulk of our work involves designing for Florida based builders.
Our plan pricing in Florida for new homes is usually 40 cents per SF for one-story homes and 50 cents per SF for two story homes. This cost includes the total design area, not just the living area. Included in the total are the porches, garages, open decks and any other spaces that we have to design. This pricing is only for conventional block or wood frame construction.

CUSTOM BUILDING PLAN PRICING FOR OTHER STATES
Due to the varying requirements from state to state, it’s difficult to give a firm price based on square footage. Prices for conventional construction will be less than prices for exotic or unusual construction. In areas where we have to include additional design details and other information (high wind loading or earthquake areas), we add an amount for additional design time. Solar buildings, green buildings, and multi-story structures will cost more. Each building is different so our prices are always given on a case-by-case basis.CONTACT US FOR A FREE QUOTE:
ADDITION AND REMODELING PLANS
Addition and remodeling plans are priced by the complexity and size of the job. Flat square footage rates don’t work because each job is different. Once we have a complete view of every design item required, we can put a price together. Plan modifications

Prices include 5 complete sets of plans. Shipping is free if in U.S.
Additional sets are $20 each plus $10 shipping (no shipping cost if additional sets are ordered at time of original plan order).
Each plan is printed on 2’ x 3’ paper. Most plans are 4 to 6 pages per set.
Each plan includes a fully dimensioned floor plan, foundation plan, and electrical plan.
Front, side and rear exterior views are also included. Also included is a structural detail page, with wall and roof details.
IF OUTSIDE FLORIDA code compliance modification for your area may be required. Call for cost.
Most plans shown are slab and footing on grade (monolithic). If basement or crawlspace is required contact us for price. Average cost for basement plan is $.20 per sf additional.
